Feeding Programs
Malnutrition is one of the most common issues we see in the schools and communities we serve. A child who is malnourished is at greater risk of contracting and dying from things like malaria, let alone enable a basic building block for learning. In fact, tragically, 57 percent of malaria deaths are linked to malnutrition. This is why we provide weekly meals to the students at our school and support feeding programs in neighboring communities. Help families lift themselves out of poverty. Be part of an innovative program that has helped multiple families in desperate poverty. The micro loans you provide will help impoverished people start small businesses — and build a better life for their children. Loan recipients will be carefully screened, and receive coaching and training from UNIDOS members and local partners. When loans are repaid, new loans are made to other families.
